Timberland

Initially founded in 1952 as the Abington Shoe Company, Timberland was the first to use injection-moulding to create virtually waterproof boots. In 1973, it introduced an iconic waterproof range of boots called “Timberland,” which was so successful that the company officially changed its name.

Timberland boots’ popularity sky-rocketed, and they have since become a fashion staple on a global scale.

Inspired by its rich New England heritage, each design is tough, durable, and eco-conscious. With sustainability at the core of Timberland’s culture, the company is dedicated to developing products and materials that reduce environmental impact.

Accent Group became the Australian Timberland distributor in 2012. The brand currently generates approximately $1.5 billion in worldwide revenue.
